How creation, credits, and your library work.
Understand the steps around your video: what happens after submission, where to check progress, and how to keep track of credits.
Studio preview · Generation and checkout are not open yet. Seedance integration is planned.
Start with one clear scene.
Choose text to video for a written idea or image to video for a reference picture. Set the duration, resolution, and aspect ratio, then review the estimate. Accepted jobs keep a record of those settings and the quoted credits.
The studio is currently a preview. Generation, checkout, and public sign-in depend on launch configuration. A page showing a model name or concept preview does not mean a model call has taken place.
After a job is accepted
| Stage | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Waiting or submitting | Your request is recorded and is being prepared or sent. | Keep the existing job; closing the tab does not cancel it. |
| Generating | The provider is working on the result. | Return to My Library to check progress. |
| Saving | The result is being copied into your private storage. | Wait for delivery. A storage retry does not require a new prompt. |
| Completed | The file has been saved and the job has settled. | Preview it and download a copy you want to keep. |
| Needs review | The system needs to confirm the outcome before proceeding. | Check the existing job instead of immediately submitting it again. |
| Failed | The failure has been confirmed. | The reserved generation credits are released back to the balance. |
Your library belongs to your account.
My Library holds accepted jobs and completed videos. You can leave the site while a task runs and return with the same account. Search and status filters help you find earlier work. Other users cannot access your uploads or completed files through their own accounts.
The current file-retention setting is 30 days. Download completed videos before they expire and keep your own original images. A retained job record is not a promise that the media file will remain available forever.
Follow the credits through the job.
The quote is reserved when a task is accepted. Reserved credits cannot fund another simultaneous task. They become a completed spend after the output has been saved, or return to the available balance after a confirmed failure. Uncertain outcomes stay under review to avoid treating a still-running task as a failure.
Look at Credits & billing for balances, purchase orders, and credit activity. A new generation, including a revised prompt, is a separate request. Reopening a completed video or checking an existing status does not create a new generation.
Common questions
I closed the page. Did I lose the task?
An accepted task is attached to your account and continues without the browser staying open. Return to My Library with the same account. If submission never completed, there may not be an accepted task; check the library before trying again.
My result is taking longer than expected. Should I submit again?
Check the existing task first. A delayed response can mean the provider is still working or the result is being saved. Another submission creates a separate task and can reserve another set of credits.
Can I get a cash refund from a failed generation?
Confirmed generation failure releases the reserved credits. Cash refunds use a different, reviewed process linked to a paid order. The initial flow handles entirely unused credit packs; provider confirmation determines when a refund is recorded as completed.
Are upcoming templates available now?
Bulin 47, Malfoid, and Geometry explained are planned additions. When launched, they will use the same account, credit records, and private library. Their preview entries do not mean those generation workflows are enabled.
