Credits are a shared balance for images, videos and templates. They do not represent seconds: each model and format has its own price.

For other creations, the model, output duration, resolution and any reference-video duration determine the quote. In video-reference mode, sign in and upload your references to see the full price; uploading for a quote spends no credits. Review the quote and choose Generate to confirm. An accepted job retains its quoted price.

An accepted job reserves the quoted credits, reducing the amount available for other jobs.
Wait for the existing job
Closing the browser does not cancel processing. Check the job in your library before starting another request, which would have its own quote.
Review delivery or a confirmed failure
Credits settle after the completed file has been saved for delivery. A confirmed failure releases the reservation. An uncertain task may remain under review until its result can be established.
Purchases, account records, and refunds
Where will I see purchases and credit activity?
Your Credits & billing page keeps the account view of balances, orders, and credit activity. Public pricing is separate from those private records.
Is a returned credit the same as a cash refund?
No. Returning reserved credits after a confirmed generation failure changes your credit balance. A cash refund is a separate request tied to a payment order, reviewed before the payment provider processes it.
What cash-refund flow is planned?
The initial flow supports review of a full, entirely unused credit pack. Eligibility is checked against the original order and credit use. Approval is not confirmation that the money has arrived; the payment provider must confirm the refund.
Does a pack include permanent video storage?
No. The current file-retention setting is 30 days. Download completed videos you want to keep. Buying credits is not a permanent archive service.
