Creating with Aura
Only upload material you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to impersonate others deceptively. Template names are creative directions and do not imply endorsement or media rights.
Credit use
The server confirms the cost when it accepts a generation. Credits are reserved until the video is delivered; confirmed failures release them. An uncertain provider outcome may require review before credits can be released.
Refund requests
Generation failures return credits, not cash. Cash refunds require a separate request linked to the original purchase. The first release supports review of full refunds for completely unused packs. Provider processing and applicable consumer rights remain separate from administrative approval.

Available generation and payment options are shown in the studio and checkout. Availability may vary by model and payment method. Concept artwork in the studio is illustrative and is not a generated video.
